Well in that case be happy because the one on the left I have used several times and it is a short fatty that is a definite 10ml. If your really dying to know just take 3-3ml syringes and draw then you'll have your answer.

i guess they could be the same just the diameter is the same size around so i didn't assume that it was.

And the right looks like a tall skinny 10ml
