For those who were wondering how bad my arm looked yesterday, here ya go. Pinned my delt and the knot went all the way to my bicep. Its all better today

AnonI don't understand why people pin delts
Its my favorite spot. Never had any pain or issues until I went from 1cc to 1.5. But the weird thing is I hit my other delt 2 days before this with 1.5 and didn't have any pip. I think it was just a bad injection.
waltri'm guessing you might have gone a little too low on the delt =/

yeah I think I might have went a little low 2. Some body was telling me that heating the oil to much will raise the viscocity a little to high and cause the compound to travel more than usual. Especially if you sleep on the same arm that you pin. Next go around with the Delta I'm not gonna heat the oil at all and hopefully it wont travel at all
yeah, i wouldnt pin the delt anymore. hit the thigh or ass. i prefer the thigh.
I would hate to loose my favorite pinning site :( I'm gonna give it a break for a week and give it another go. Hopefully all is well! Fingers crossed.. I'm doin research on the ventro glutes, just can't really find to much material on finding the exact location without a pinning assistant.
