still cant believe your weight compared to your structure it shocks me...i had a friend built like that once was a bull and involved in wrestling ...he just looked way bigger then everyone in his weight class..cool though!

How is that optimal NPP... Some guy was saying hurt like hell, swelled up had to stop.
ItsNoelYou gotta remenber everyones more sensitive to different things...... i may not get a lump but my friend johnny may................. i havent started the NPP yet but i need it i need to start lifting again and practicing.....
it didnt agree with me..it made a very hard lump that burned like hell stayed hard for a week and half,,thats just my body though. everyones is different
