Can someone tell me what all this means?

Also it says "Big Boy Labs (Somatropin) HgH per vial 10 IU contains: 50ug Hgh". I thought 10IU of hgh should contain about 3.4mg HgH. Can someone clear this up for me?

BBL (Big Boy Labs) is the branding that is on the label of the HGH vial. It came from Gorilla Gear.
Also.. 1 IU is the biological equivalent of about 45.5 μg (and this varies all over)... this is a ballpark figure....
Lastly, the HGH was compared to other HGH sources and the reference HGH source which is "Fischer"
All this comparison does is reveal the purity, and the presence of the peptide protein,

Uh you're kidding right?

1IU of hgh is not 4.55 micrograms of HGH. 1IU is .370mg if that stuff is 4.55 micrograms per IU that shit is severely underdosed.

We're talking like 100x underdosed. .37mg is 370 micrograms. and if you're trying to say that that stuff has 4.55 micrograms per IU then you might as well be injecting water into your body.

This unit does not vary all over. An IU is an international unit. It is the same everywhere.

IU varies from substance to substance. it is not a "locked in stone one size fits all" as previously indicated. You come in here all hot and bothered about some miniscule number variation and make claims. I am posting hard science. I am using UPLC, HPLC and Mass Spec. Hard... fucking...science. These labs are not because I like to see fancy graphs and shit, it is to prove or disprove the validity of compounds so we all benefit. I have been posting these labs for almost a year... I have a proven track record of science and a high level of accuracy. No one is perfect. Mistakes are made and should be identified. Lets move on.....

Yes, but the IU for each substance is locked in stone. Yes the mg amount of an IU of vitamin A is different from the mg amount for HGH, but the mg amount for hgh is going to be the same no matter what type of HGH you look at. That is measured at 1IU=.333mg. You claim this HGH has 4.55 micrograms or .00455mg per IU which is pretty much nothing when compared to an actual IU. So either your claim (which I have no idea how you got since it can't really be determined from UPLC, HPLC or mass spec) is wrong, or this stuff is severely under dosed.

And I'd call myself a science and math person myself as well being a chemical engineer and all. I'm very familiar with liquid chromatography and mass spec. I also know that liquid chromatography only would be able to measure purity of a substance and even then it would have to be calibrated correctly.

Mass spectroscopy would only give you the ions which wouldn't be accurate for high ion counts because the higher your ion count the easier it is to fake, not to mention you have ions in your graph exceeding the molar mass of the 191 AA sequence.

Your graphs are hardly hard science. I don't see how you can measure your accuracy when no one else has the same sample to do testing on either. Everyone just seems to trust that you've not only calibrated the machines correctly, didn't make a mistake, and that your data isn't just plain wrong.

You can't claim accuracy without something to measure it against.

You claim we should just move on, yet if there really is only 50 micrograms per proposed 10IU bottle these people aren't really getting any HGH since it's negligible to the amount of HGH their body will produce naturally. This is kind of a big deal. Especially when they're paying hundreds of dollars for pretty much nothing.

Blood serum levels are not a measure of hgh. They can easily be faked. And no shit you think they're good enough for you. You're selling them. Of course you're going to say they're good.

And I looked at the lab report. It doesn't show anything on the quantity of HGH. It doesn't even truly say there is HGH in there. It just reports that there are high molecular mass ions in there which happen to be around the 191 AA sequence weight.

The higher you go the easier these kinds of things are faked. I've taken organic chemistry albiet a long time ago, but I remember mass spectroscopy.

Also kind of funny how the serum levels seem to be ridiculously high, yet the few IGF tests seem to show fairly week values.

IGF being the anabolic part that you actually want when bodybuilding high serum levels mean nothing if they don't coorispond to high IGF levels.

36 serum level and low 300IGF is shit. That's still within normal range. It's really high in normal range, but high real HGH you should be off the chart.

Maybe, I don't see any IGF-1 testing done with it. Serum levels are easily faked. Without IGF-1 testing you really can't be sure.

The IGF-1 and Serum testing that I've seen so far has been pretty shoddy though. Low IGF-1 values with High Serum values. That's a pretty big red flag.
