pic of most muscular was how i was looking for a while (all on kodiak gear)up until january when i stopped going to the gym and no mind to diet due to a different type of training which is really ONLY CARDIO for 12 hrs a day almost 5 days a week. diet is 6 eg whites morning with 2 waffles maybe 1 bannana later sometype of fast food for lunch and steak for dinner thats it period 5 hrs of sleep if lucky and now i look like this still great imho doing nothing but cardio trt dose test and grrrls hyges hgh with 50mg .provi from swole oil
