I've run up to 4 iu daily in past. I liked that dose. So I will start at 3 then got to 4iu after @6-8 weeks on that I'll do bloods. I may go up to 6, not sure. But not higher than that. Most likely 4 iu. I'm interested in seeing the longer effects at 4.

NotNatural23if you start around 3 and skip one day a week you could get almost a year out of that. That would be a nice little cycle of gh.
