I’ve been running this since July and so far so good. Started low at 2iu per day, but have been running what you’re planning to do since October 1st, and have definitely been noticing more in the past three weeks than in the two months prior. I tried running the 4iu on a fasted stomach first thing in the morning, but with in two hours or so I would start to feel extremely tired. I was also waking up in the morning and in the middle of the night with numb hands. Toned it down to 2iu first thing in the morning and 2iu right after my late afternoon workouts, and sides mostly subsided. I also take Sundays off as I heard it’s good to take a day off. I can’t even tell you how many people have asked me why i am looking so much younger lately. Leaning out as well. Skin is definitely tighter and oily . I’m really liking it. I’m on some other stuff too, but have run them all before, yet never seen these kind of results. So far so good. Enjoy
