Help, injury during cycle!
Running Test E @ 675mg/ EQ @ 675mg/ Tren E @ 337.5mg a week.
Running Tequitren & 400 EQ from HulkBody.
Just started 500 EQ from MonstaPharm.
Running Monsta's Tbol Inject @ 80mg & Mtren @ 750mcg ED. I'm on day 12
I was playing baseball and got hit with a high 80's fastball inside. I've tried to work out but my elbow just can not handle the pain with the normal weight. So should I just lower my weight and work out with what's tolerable and keep pinning or stop the Tbol and Mtren and lower my dosage of the others and cruise until it heals for a couple of weeks? I'm almost at week 10 on the Tequitren so I really don't want to quit while i'm probably in such a sweet spot... Would LOVE everybody's opinions!
The first pic is right after I got hit, Instant laces swelling and bruising! The second pic still has laces but as you can tell is completely swollen and changed colors as it has bruised fairly bad.

FoolMeOnceYou play baseball... why the hell are you running tren?
College baseball is over for me now bro, this is an "adult league" it's serious and very competitive but its not like I'm going pro lol
bucket of ice.. and some whirlpool if you can get to one...
rest is what that is gonna take to get better.. 2-3 weeks at least.
Rest and heal brother...... I know its not easy. Give your upper body 5 to 7 days. Hit legs, abs, whatever else if you have to. When I was a kid, Frank Thomas's big ass cracked a line drive my mom took it right in the forearm. Broke her arm, it was crazy... good luck bro
safetyfirst21With all my injuries, I found the shock method seemed to help me heal quicker. I was originally told to do it by a powerlifter after my second surgery/first knee surgery. Hot and cold, back and forth. 15-20 minutes of ice/cold pack, then 15-20 minutes of a hot/warm pack. Back and forth over and over. Try to to stretch a bit between the two, not too much, but without tendon or ligament tears its not easy to cause damage by over stretching.
WithdrawlX2. Hot and cold and keep it as loose as you can. If it were me I'd take a week off from upper body and just do legs. See where you're at in a week and decide whether to cut your cycle short, keep going as normal, or extend your cycle a couple weeks. Who knows, you might improve dramatically in a week with proper care. Keep your head up bro.
Def. ice and lay off the upper body! Piece of advice. Next time, MOOOVE. GET OUT DA WAY! lol sorry, couldn't resist.
I shouldn't poke jokes...I got whacked in the forehead with a line drive before. Looked like my forehead was having a baby! LOL
@eclipse35 I've played baseball my whole life and im familiar with the injury, best advice would be just to ice it over the weekend all day long and train legs till then, maybe some core workouts would be positive as well but Ice that elbow!!!
AnonStop training ur upper body just do legs. If u injur urself worse u wont be training for months not weeks.
safetyfirst21I've always been one to keep training through injuries. I tend to get injured more than I'd like though. The safe thing to do would be to do lower weight for more reps, or better yet not train for awhile, at least not using your elbow. Do what you can to heal quick. Is there a fracture, or is it all muscle related?
Judging by the impact point there is a tendon that runs right through that area and is threaded through the elbow. I would say it is very inflamed and bruised but with Ice and heat at the right times it should heal fairly quick. Ibuprofen for the inflammation. I would stay on and train light as you can and work around it but honestly I believe it will come back quick.
Yes, I am familiar with this tendon actually as I have constantly had to perform injury prevention exercises when I played college ball. I just wasn't sure how much information I could find out about this pertaining to "weightlifting."
You are already ahead then. Look at it like this the tendon is inflamed by impact but not teared. So it doesn't have the weakness of a tear but it does resemble the pain of it. When this has happen to me, I do Thai boxing so I have had knees and shins smash that tendon over and over, I still keep it moving by pressing and curling lighter weight but so it doesn't freeze up. I ice it after a workout and then I wrap it with Chinese tiger balm and a ace bandage.
looks like you need to ice my man. looks real swollen. once you get the inflammation down, start heating it to let it heal. (Moist heat)
I would just finished your cycle if your at 10 weeks
I would keep pinning and keep protein high and not do anything for a week or so. I got hit in the ribs by a 80+ fast ball. And was running teste, prop and tren ace. I could hardly breathe for about 3-4 days and couldn't take a deep breath. I never went to the doc but after about a week I felt better. And I actually think gear makes your body heal faster. But do whatever you won't I prob would had went to the doc but didn't have insurance.
I have actually been doing this right now, taking it easy and eating the hell out of some protein. I have been getting a lot of well needed, good rest and deeper sleep as well. I was assuming having 675mg of Test running through me a week would make me heal quicker. Kind of a Wolverine effect LOL
waltrMy shoulder has been messed up for weeks and i recently started some hgh at 4iu's a day and i am no longer experiencing any pain at all in my shoulder.
I can't attribute it completely to the gh but I think that it definitely helped.
I ran M-tren for 23 days and personally I think it is best suited for really intense workouts, so if it were me //i'd save it till /i had healed up all the way. Or maybe just leg day or days when you're not using the elbow too much. I've never ran tbol so I don't know much about what it does.
StevebIf you can handle doing lower weight and higher reps do that til you feel better. It would suck to end a good cycle if your injury is not serious. Did you see a doctor?
I believe I may be able to, I'm going to try Monday once again. I worked out once with lower weights but I could only do three exercises that use my arms. I def DON'T want to end the cycle early that's for sure! No, I am not able to see the doctor due to no insurance.
