thanks bra, my next cycle I am going to try and get to my goals, I have alot of encouragement from my wife, she has always been right by my side thru this and she is the reason I eat like I do, that being said I have no choice but to eat when she cooks like she does and gives me the look of death if I say im not hungry, 4 years together best believe she's comfortable enough to make me sleep on the couch if I dont do what she ask lol

Thanks BB, its because of people like you, tread, gs, and goth that has gotten me to where I am today.

I have been trying to focus on my arms and shoulders this go around, I know it sounds funny but its actually helped me to throw in a couple of cheat days to my diet because of my job I burn alot of calories there throwing 50lb bags of dog food for 12-14 hour everyday in a fast pased environment I had to do something to keep my weight up lol. Im using 500mg test enan, 250mgs deca, I used the abombs as a kick start and of course ive got my favorite test prop in the mix. Thanks Alpha
