No injectable steroids have no oral bioavailability the liver wil destroy them during first pass metabolism. That's why the orals are methylated and stressful to the liver.

That's a very good question. They use routes such a sublingual to avoid the liver from destroying other drugs so maybe I would work for steroids to. I really don't know
I wonder how many sprays it would take to say... 50 mg dbol? I bet it would work just fine in a low dose for maybe patients needing 5 to 10 mg low dose interesting!!
