This looks very familiar to an IGF product that an src sold and did a promo giveaway for. Same exact color and everything, only difference is the name. Supposedly I think that copy was manufactured in Switzerland
I've used other recumbent IGF called Infrajet from a SRC who offers it here. There is a source here that sells what they claim is a bio-identical product. I’ve used it before with decent results. Price is high but far more reasonable than brand name Increlex.
It’s made by a company based in Brisbane California so you would think it would be easy to get state side, I think it’s probably the cost that’s an issue on prescription it’s costing $15,500 a month $186,000 a year so I would imagine it’s very controlled and most of what’s available on black market will be fake or copies unless there’s someone prescribed it covered by insurance selling it on I would be very surprised if it’s genuine. That’s not saying it’s not IGF and not good stuff just more probably a copy as there seems to be a lot of it on some of the big India trade sites
