I still have 6 weeks left in my cycle using pharmacom tri tren and sust. So far i gained about 13lbs and vascularity is really starting to pop out

Fairlife is a great way to get in those extra cals. It's the high protein milk you can find at most big supermarkets now. The unsweetened if you don't want the sugar or the chocolate if you want the extra cals. I'll finish a container for an easy extra hundred protein and hundred carbs. Spread it over the day in between meals.

Thanks brother. And yes they will be. They just started school and love it. They mean the world to me and their the only reason im here n open my eyes in the morning. When i wake up tomorrow im pushing myself to eat better n up my intake. Thank all of you for the advice n even all the negative comments cuz it only makes me want to push harder

My protein intake i do keep pretty high because i honestly should be eating way more calories than i should but only because of full time work not having time and i raise twin boys alone that dont have a mother and take care of my grandparents that cant walk and are in bad shape so its really hard to have the time to eat let alone workout. Most all my workouts are late at night. I have a gym set up in my basement plus a gym membership for the days i have off work before i get my kids from school. So its also hard to get rest and i know good sleep is also a main key factor

Look into easy ways to get those calories in bro. I'm in meetings a lot and can't get in extra meals myself so I've learned a couple tricks. I'll mix oats or oatmeal in ziplock bags with protein powder. Then I can just dump it in my shaker with water and BAM all my calories/carbs/protein I need. I prefer meals obviously. But when I'm in a jam things like this work just fine. I'd rather drink two or three of those in a day when I'm in meetings vs not getting the calories in at all. Because the fact is that calories are what make you grow, not the steroids. The steroids just help you use the calories better!

If you don't want your shake that thick you can add your oats or oatmeal to a vegetable chopper or coffee grinder first. I keep a Tupperware container full all the time and it just looks like dust or powder but it's a great healthy source of carbohydrates.

You need to get a copy of Arnold’s encyclopedia. It has a chapter on learning and understanding your body type. Your an ectomorph. Not everyone is going to end up big but anybody can build a great looking body. You will get way more out of proper food and smart training at this point than with drugs. Remember there’s no such thing as a stupid successful bodybuilder. Prep your food ahead and carry it with you. Food not protein drinks. +1 for an honest picture. Go back to the drawing board. I’ve done it many times myself.

Bro I’ve been lifting since 78. There’s bigger guys than me on here but There’s no mistakeing me for a natural bodybuilder. About all I run is test and provi. Tren should be used by very advanced guys with certain needs. If your not counting macros and eating six times a day your wasting your time and risking your health. Don’t be that guy...

I feel you started way to early with no solid base or eating regime. You shouldn't depend on steroids for results they should be used to help push through barriers. Without a solid base or diet it will be very hard to maintain any gains made on cycle. I hate being honest sometimes as it makes me come across as a dick. But I feel you could have made more gains for at least another year or 2 before jumping in the deep end. If you need any help feel free to send me an fr.

Why are you running tren ?
Your very lean and vascular but you need to start drinking more water, eating more calories and make sure your vitamins/minerals/fiber intake is good all that gear at 6ft 2 you dont need to worry about being lean and vascular its like i told this kid the other day you trying to be a swimsuit model or are you trying to get yoked as fuck cause im trying to get yoked as fuck eat everything and anything.
You have a giant frame and a huge potential to out grow all of us but stay away from 19 nors for now and gear in general and focus on your kitchen game then remember a little test goes along way.

I just recently upped alot more vitamins and better diet. I had some very bad health issues a year ago and lost alot of my weight. I wish i had a pic of 2 years ago to upload. I weight about almost 30lbs more than i am now. I appreciate any comments or input, good or bad ill take into consideration

Your a tall lanky guy so gains are going to be hard anyways but i think these harsh cycles are actually fucking you ... you probably lose alot post cycle im betting... i hope your at least running hcg ?
I bet with a straight test cycle some provi and enough food youd blow up but id get your diet dialed in first and then hit the ground running.
I get it tho injuries and life happens

Yeah bro, listen to the guys below. You really need to eat some food. The gains you've made off of this cycle could easily be done with food and a solid lifting routine. You'll be much more pleased with your results if you really push your natural limits first.
