+ 2 Half life of Aromasin

ad

By taking 12.5 ED you will build up what is called a maintenance dose. This happens after five to six half life cycles. After about six days in this case you should be at 27mg steady state until you come off of it.

Because aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor is exactly the reason why I only take 8mg every couple of days... Everyone's different and this works for me big time, I'm happy with it I save money using aromasin versus adex

Half life on aromasin is pretty much irrelevant. Its a suicidal AI, meaning it obliterates aromatase as soon as it enters your system...no need for it to stay around like letro and adex which are reversible, meaning once it dies off the aromatase enzymes are free again. You only need to take aromasin again once your body has built back the aromatase that you destroyed, which takes a few days.

The half life is important to dose and frequency. Understanding half life will help avoid peaks and valley and maintain steady serum levels.

27mg steady, isn't that a bit much? Not having enough estro can be as bad as having too much IMO. What if you're running 6.25ed? Safe to assume you'd have 13.5 steady through the end?

It would stay at 27 until you stopped taking it or you changed the dosage amount. If I understood your question of 6.25 ED it would stabilize at 13 mg steady state. If it is 6.75 than it is 15 mg steady state. That is a very miniscule amount though. You could alter the steady state by going every other day as well.
