Yes. 5iu am and 5iu pm. No food one hour before or one hour after.
Damn Ex. That's a hell of a regimen. After seeing MUTAs IGF-1, I've been thinking about upping my dose. Did you slowly ramp up to 5IUs. Any joint or CT pains? Also, how's your sleeping after the late dosage?
I have been on the Chinese gh since last November. The Chinese stuff had to be ramped up slow. I actually went up too fast on Chinese and had to take a month off. I think the highest I got on Chinese was 2iu am and 2iu pm. I ran out of Chinese gh for a week and a half. Bad planning on my part. When I got the Chinese gh back I didn't really feel the sides like I use too. Weird. Then I got the seros in quanity. I started low but ramped up real fast. Never caught a side on the seros.
Nice bro. I think your going to see and feel a big difference. My IGF-1 has been climbing steadily on Seros/Nordis. I've been wanting to slowly up my dose to between 6-8. But you got me interested in a am/pm split dosage. Thanks for the info X.
