I was just putting up a bicep pic. I wasnt posting a cycle layout. Stats werent needed to show a pic. From my old bicep pic I was told work tris. And thats what ive been working on. So I was just showing the difference in growth from my old bi shot. Of course im not 200. Its a joke.
