Tread-M made the same suggestion, "Shrug everything you lift!" I started shrugging all pull work prior to the pull, I read this method somewhere recently! It keeps flexion on the muscle for a longer period! Takes a lil getting used to and gets tougher at the end!
Just messin with ya, I see it myself, and others tell me to work on the traps too! No dig, just constructive help. You been there since the beginning pointing me in the right direction, I appreciate it! Dude your recent pics were great! There's always something to strive for, keeps me moving forward.
