ray3801Hahaha....yeah the blue one got popped first. PIP has set in just a few hours after pinning the quad. Tomorrow should be interesting!
Hey Bud, Don't know if you thought about this yet. But you may want to plan your pinning rotation with your workouts. I had a poor back workout due to bad pip in my Delt. Hope your not working legs tomorrow :-)
