Yeah strict form is key, I've been going with the 35lb dumbbells on seated curls going real slow getting the negative then blasting up. Then I'll throw in some heavy hammers to mix it up.

Last I measured was, I believe early in my last cycle, they were about 18". I always wanna measure them pumped and they're never pumped when I get home so I never do it. Thanks BigJohn
