Thanks bro....its a long story. Probably around 12% atm. Have calipers and need to recheck, but I can get much leaner. Still have same metabolism when I was 30, not much slower then 20. My issue was keeping weight and this place, along with some key guidance, made it happen. If I honestly said my starting point, no one, except a couple here, would believe me. My goal is gaining mass, but over 50, its a slow, patient process. High reps, low weights, proper diet, and watch the progress little by little. I'd like to ultimately hit about 190 or so, while keeping this BF. Getting there, year by year.

You can look great at 12% BF which I’m sure you do. I prefer a little more size as long as I can see my abs and maintain some nice vascularity. For me personally, I’m prob around 13 but I’m enjoying my life, eating good and feeling great, on top of being happy with my physical appearance. I work outside so I’m shirtless 90% of the time and proud of being able to show the hard work I’ve put in at 44. Much respect to you for doing it at 50!!(ish?)
