being able to drink your protein really comes in handy, this was my reply to a bulking question in the Steroidify promo:
300g greek yogurt
100g cottage cheese
100g blueberries
100g oats
1 banana
3 eggs
Throw that in the blender with water to mix and you have 970 cals, 70p, 123c and 23f. you can obviously add to it by throwing in whey, an extra banana or peanut butter to get the calories up and it doesn't sit in my stomach and make me feel bloated or too full.

Bogo is only for compounds ( oils and orals ). I think Peptides is 50% international and 25% domestic.
