So I went to visit my good friend for a few days and we wanted to lift together so we went to his gym and this is what I saw in the bathroom lol. Maybe it's just an LA fitness thing idk I've never seen anything like it before.
This should to without saying but just in case do not give me any karma. Thought you guys might get a kick out of it or have some similar stories.

My gym has something similar to this in the changing rooms also, it's funny.
My gym recently installed sharps containers in the changerooms, Im guessing they got sick of all the highschool kids tossing their spikes in the garbage bin.

Use to lift at LA Fitness but never noticed this. Makes it more funny cuz there was a dude (a BIG dude) that only wore 2 shirts to that gym. one that says "Got Steroids" and the other that says " I take steroids, so what"

AnonLol yup, saw the same one in la fitness by me. Probably corporate policy, funny cuz I've seen a couple ifbb pros train at that gym. Would expect to see that at planet fitness or some shit, but im pretty im blacklisted from all the pf near me.
Yup there's atleast 1 ifbb pro I know of that trains at this one
