+ 17 full blown off season pics, off cycle
Here is a front, side, and back shot of me. i know i am a little out of shape right now. this is full blown offseason status right now. side pic still showing some glutes ;)
i am off cycle and have been for around 8 weeks or so AND I AM STILL GROWING. no i am not adding 5 pounds a month or hitting PR's every workout, but i am still adding quality mass to my frame. these pics are around 245lbs at 5'11. i will stay off cycle for a little while longer before jumping on cycle again with a mild bulker.
i eat quality foods, no fast food bulking for me. 7 meals of SOLID foods per day, no shakes. i stick with the basics, chicken, steak, eggs, rice, potatoes, oats, almond butter, some oils, and veggies. im a big advocate of paying close attention to your digestion and those are all foods i digest well. i eat out 3-4 times a month, and its typically either sushi or a burger and fries.
training is still balls to the wall intensity. effort is always 100%. my workouts are short and sweet, straight to the point no fluff. in and out in 45-55 minutes starting from the first working set. the first part of the workout is usually focused on a heavy compound movement, followed by more typical hypertrophy work.
remember boys food and training is the name of the game. even off drugs you can still push hard and see results. in the past i have had times where i used being on cycle to be lazy. the gear will make up from my shitty diet etc. at the same time i used being off cycle as an excuse to be lazy because i wont reap the same benefits as i would on cycle. we learn from our mistakes and grow and im done wasting time. i love bodybuilding and all that it entails. if you really love the lifestyle, results will follow. if you dont, your physique will reflect it.
