So I've been dieting hard after this quarantine and this is where I've ended up. Workouts have suffered a lot lately so I started introducing more carbs back into my diet and now I'm feeling much better with lots of energy and stamina in the gym! I'm gonna post another shot in the next couple days to show the difference. Let me know what you guys think! Thanks for the support! Hope everyone is doing well tonight.
