that was my buddys leg 3 days ago this happened on the other leg 10 days ago and the doctor gave him antibiotics . his hospital visit was like 1800 they did X-ray and something else . so fast forward a week and his other leg is like this i use the same gear as him same inject spot and this does not happen to me gear is all cleaned down and we use fresh pins every time

How long ago was inject? Def some edema going on there. I would worry if it got worse.
