I figured after 2 years of blood, sweat and hard work, It's time to post a self shot. I may not be a huge fucker...yet....but from where I was 2 years ago, I am proud of myself!
Was 310 pounds 32% body fat two years ago, now sitting at 243 and 24% body fat! Most of my fat is my midsection, everything else is pretty toned, but it's still a working progress! Photo was taken courtesy of my supportive and loving wife! The blurred white spot on my chest was the removal of the logo on my shirt since I wasn't sure if it was illegal on eroids to advertise "workout brands".
Anyone can reach their goals, it just takes hard work and strict discipline! If you have neither, you never will succeed!

But I'm in no hurry. I Fucking feel fantastic and the more my body changes for the better, the more I wanna push myself to the limits!

I appreciate the honesty, I know no one is perfect! I'm sorry about the Lyme disease. I hope you are well and have it under control! Luckily for me, I have been blessed with fantastic parents, and a wife who adores me. Just my fat ass has been the only obstacle in my life. But nothing we can do about the past. We can only make for us a better and brighter future!
