I haven't seen pics of my back in years so this is cool for me to see. Going to compete in April and my coach want me to bring up my lower Lat thickness and rear delt area and I'll be good to go!

WithdrawlDo it bro. Think of them as half dead lifts. Set the bars so the rack right in the middle area of what a full deadlift would be as far SD range of motion. Don't round that back, keep it arched. Started these two years ago and they really made my middle back big all the way up to the traps. Now I need to get the rest to catch up.

WithdrawlHalf deadlifts in the squat rack, reverse grip barbell rows bent way over and squeezing back, and 45 degree angle single arm cable pulldowns. It's half way between a cable row and Lat pulldown.
