Unless that's a typo, it's well over a year old. I'm surprised your asking the question.

Nothing water based should ever be used beyond the expiry date, same goes for your bac water. These are chances we should never take.

Also, if I've opened a new water based vial of test suspension for example. But don't use it all for whatever reason, even if this is well within expiry date I wouldn't come back and use it further down the road. For peace of mind, I'd just throw it out.
