What's that floating on the bottom?

juiceball8082's picture

It came like that or is it from the rubber stopper?

Ive seen it plenty of times. I use a 23 to draw with now. No need to use huge draw needles. Tears the stopper up and dont need my barrel to fill up in 3 seconds I have some patience. Not gonna rush my shot. What I dont understand especially with big sources is why people dont use silicone stoppers and this would never happen. They are onky a few cents difference and the amount bought at a time probably like a penny per stopper or less. And the mark up on gear it would change there profits at all. They buy stoppers by the thousands. Considering a bottle cost a few dollars to make depending on the compound they can spend a penny more and ise a silicone one

You shoukd be abke to buy a syringe filter and can refilter it and transfer ro another vial. No problem bud your welcome.

Was it like that before you popped the top or after?

What guage you using to pull?

If its just the two pieces yoy shoukd be abke to transfer with no problems or draw arkund it. You could always refilter it as well. But try drawing with a 23 from now on. It doesn't take as long as yoy think and not gouging big holes in the stopper. If im out of thise ill use a 25 those take more time to draw but stilk not as bad as you think when the oil gets flowing. The geae is still good dont toss it. Hopefully every source wont be as greedy and make the switch there not really saving much of anything on the rubber stoppers. Some solvents can eat at the rubber ones as well +1 btw

I would draw oil in to a new vial and pay attention to the rubber scraps.

That's pretty interesting. How much test per ml?
