I was working out and not really doing anything with my arms--and looked in the mirror and they were just bulging out. Shoulders tomorrow and arms on Friday. Can't wait to see them then. I have about 6 more weeks to go, but am working my weakest parts (traps and back) the hardest...and really liking the results.

damb it man, looking phenomenal for 50 or any age. knocking the kids back a step or two, love it brother. I'm also little past halfway on my 20wk EA eq cycle as well. the brothers Mak and Zewi know there business. the nice thing for me with there eq is I'm leaning out and filling in at the same time, doesn't get better than that. seriously your hard work and dedication shines J.
Thanks bro. The EQ is really cranking up my appetite. I am naturally pretty lean, and have been doing more bulking on this run than I thought I would. Working hard to keep diet in check. I managed to push away a lot of crap during the SuperBowl

Thanks man, I am noticing increased vascularity...AND appetite. I am up about 12 pounds in 10 weeks. And for me, that's a good thing.
