+ 14 EQ Shredded Week 8

I am beyond happy with my curreng cycle. Even though people bashed me for Running EQ and Deca together. I fucking love my results thus far and I feel like a BEAST. I have never looked this good. Making quality gains and I can finally see my abs for the first time since high school. I'm pumped to see the finished product and buddies at the gym keep urging me to get on that stage. And I think I'm going to clean up my diet and give it a go. After I win my next Toughman fight in January its balls to the wall. More update pics to come. Keep smashing it brothers and never give up. Believe in yourself.

Yeah but they are ridiculous. I fought 161 to 184 in 2010 and I'm trying to stay at that weight but I don't think I can. Ill probably step up to 185 to 205.. thanks for you kind words!
