+ 9 Effects of EQ

ad

Ok since some of you always ask about how EQ can raise your RBC and H/H.....there you go.
I've been off cycle for several months, but during my last run, I specifically incorporated 400 mg/week for 16 weeks to boost those levels a bit.
I have not donated blood at all since the cycle, but everyone is different in how they respond.
Just putting out the results.....

Last time I ran 75mg var I was hitting PRs like crazy. First time I ever hit 405 on bb shoulder press.

DeeMan's picture

It wasn't 405 but a month ago I did get slight rotator cuff issues with 375 on overhead shoulder press which for some reason has always been an awkward movement for me. Lol gonna stick to bench press next time. All good now as this summer looking to enter a meet.

Im the same way brother. I have to look up at the bar and drop to my chin no lower. We can probably use some stretch yoga. Hahaha

DeeMan's picture

that would be a sight for sore eyes lmao. 2 big strong meatheads getting their yoga on! But yea man I've been fortunate to not have any major injuries and if yoga can keep it that way then...well bring it on LOL!

DeeMan's picture

There he goes! How ya my man?

thahulk2014's picture

Hanging in there bro.

DeeMan's picture

Good deal man. Always good to chop it up with ya man...and remember just cause you lost strength doesn't mean you can't get it back quick. MUSCLE MEMORY lol.

thahulk2014's picture

I hear that bro.

press1's picture

That's INSANE mate Good Cannot imagine having 4 plates across me like that, then again I cannot imagine benching 530 or whatever it is you can do. That would be dreamworld to me lifting those kind of numbers!

thahulk2014's picture

Dont feel bad. I cut and lost a lot of strength.

press1's picture

Honest question for ya bud - Wouldn't you rather walk around like a Tank looking massive, muscular and strong as hell rather than being leaned down, smaller and lifting less? Or is it also for health reasons too to keep things like BP and HR down? I don't mean any offense or anything, just interested in hearing your personal take on it Smile

Mind you I bet your version of a cut physique is still huge to us lot lol

thahulk2014's picture

Health markers and I don’t want to walk around at 300lbs all the time. I like a cut down 260 at 5’10. Still big and way more compliments. Lol. Also just went to a fitness business trip and had to look the part.

press1's picture

I'd love to see your daily meal plan to see what you have to consume to maintain 300lb's!! So say you went to McDonalds for lunch Lmao - How much would you be able to eat off the menu in a single sitting or do you generally order?

thahulk2014's picture

I stay away from fast food man.

Anything above 50 is killer for strength, you won't have a problem with pumps cramping because you won't go above 6 reps, even so a hefty dose of taurive could help, even at 50 its pretty damn good for strength!

press1's picture

Shit mate - 6 reps?!! Is that a HIT workout LMFAO I rarely go above 4 hahaha Nah I am aiming to start hitting 6 to 8 now as all this low rep stuff just shuts down the CNS for too long and stiffens up joints too much, killing any progress unless running heavy gear like Tren at 500 plus per week. Recovery just ain't there for frequent training

alekaras's picture

Then you should be able to handle well, past summer my last stupid thing was 150kg 15 reps on flat bench on tren var lol

press1's picture

That's a very good weight for that many reps Ale.

Thanks brother, next time I would ad some deca for some water and go for heavier ones..
