angusI can't seem to get definition into mine they just get bigger. Dunno how you do it. I like that sweep that separates the major heads, you clearly don't look like you are standing on a chicken. :-)
Thanks angus, ill take 260lbs at your bf all day over some definition. Most of the definition came from playing rugby...try mixing some weighted sled pushes into your leg workout, vary your stance, duck footed and neutral
