+ 2 EBC update after finishing npp

So far so good, I've been hitting my lower back a lot harder this week hoping to widen up the lats a little. Just finished the npp, got about a week break then its on to pinning tren ED, fun fun Smile

TIP... to drop the lats out instead of pinching your shoulder blades together like in the pic... spread the blades outwards this gives the wide V-tap,try it take another pic and see for yourself bro... i see another 4in width if you do that! also lift the elbows above parralel to hit the peaks and spread upper lats even wider Smile

Dead lifts, dead lifts, dead lifts ! Lol ... Dude you lookn good nice a lean! I had the same problem with my back till i started doin deads .. Also wide grip rows with the straight bar. Them 2 movements made all the difference in the world.. Plus 1 bro!

If, you do add deadlifts in and perfect them and gradualy increase in stregnth for the next six weeks and wieghted pullups wide grip pull ups, not chinups. You will add lots of good mass to the back..I have a curved spin, so my back is a weak. good work..
