My apologies, I thought I posted the pic in the right section. Was just trying to participate, but it wasn't a self shot it was for food and dieting........I'll make sure I get it right next time.
+1 for nutrition . I know so many dudes who slave in the gym and eat like shit all day and it shows!
Yeah thanks for the +..... it was challenging in the beginning but after a couple weeks it became a habit.
I eat that every damned day, haha. Except the salmon is baked plain and I leave the skin on for the nutrients, and I use fresh basmati and add pinto beans. It’s a great meal!
EO day for me, I leave that skin on also, more flavor......never thought of adding beans but might have to give it a try......thanks for the suggestion
I can eat broccoli all day every day. Asparagus too.

Yeah Kroger makes it easier with there meal prep deal in the fresh meat section. I get them to clean, season and bag it so I just throw it in the oven while I workout at home. Win/win for me

Yeah some of the guys complain of the slight "fishy" smell but it's no worse then some of that unhealthy crap they heat up in the microwaves
