Its been a great summer.. it started with the ebc and meeting alot of great people.. learned alot about myself..
Got some good help on diet from a great guy named dope
And learned some great leg routines. I will

Monday-wednsday-fridays
I go over to the cable machines i dont use the rope i use the sinlge hand attachment put it on my forehead and kneel
Down and do the crunches that way start at 40 lbs then increase weight doing 20 reps then wrok back down to 40 pounds again. Usually hit about 200 reps.
Then head over to the bench and lay down and hang my butt off the bench and do laying leg raises on the bench. I start with a 5lb dumbell in between my feet for 20. Then use the 10lb dumbell inbetween my feet for 10’to 15 reps for about 3 sets. Then i finish with no weighted leg lifts but this time when my feet are straight in the air in come uo and touch my toes making a v shape. Then finish off my ab days with the treadmill inclined at 7 at this incline infeel it working the abs the whole time. You will never ever see me do a sit up or ball crunch
