This was from a kit that I order awhile back, was advertised as 370+ IU. Been running it at 5 IU all taken at night for at least 2 months. Went in today to get blood work done, will be posting results once I receive them.

That's right on target, at 37.74 when you factor in the purity. How's that dosage been treating you?

I feel like it’s improved my fat loss/vascularity mostly. I have never had veins come across my abs before and my veins on my legs are more pronounced. Don’t see much improvement in my sleep and for my hair/skin that’s hard to tell just because I’m currently taking GHK-CU. But my hair has for sure thickened up and skin is baby soft lol
