Got my labs done and was told needed to donate blood asap my iron was 17.2 rbc was 6.35 hemoglobin was 18.2 so I donated double and was told can do it again in 4months

Thanks man, next month I go for a follow up with my doctor and if everything come back good I'm gonna start my cycle I'm gonna post bloods with me off test then with me on test stay tuned lol

Molinin302I'm a donor, jury is out on benefits. Test will make your blood "sticky". I dunno man, it's stimulating your body to produce new blood to replace what was drained, that's good. Regardless of the science, I don't think my thumbs up count, but +2. I do red Cross and I'm B+. My donation wound up at a hospital in New Jersey. It helped somebody. You're doing a very good thing.
