Like clockwork, I get the call and go. Just feels good to know I may be helping someone by donating. Having O+ the blood center is calling me up a week in advance.
Its like a mini check up of sorts when you get the online results.
Blood pressure was good at 126/71 for me today. Down and managed from my last visit. I am feeling good and strong, with a good appetite too.
