I work out the next day. Ill work out in the morning, give blood, then go to gym the next morning.
Donating blood Nov 22. I get regular blood every 2 months I think it is. Don't care what I am on. I answer as if I am on nothing.

Being on Arimidex and Finasteride, I can not donate blood. But I just had therapeutic Phlebotomy 3 days ago! A dude walked in same time as me, and says "gotta keep that blood thin, brother" and proceeded to nod at me. He was wearing a "kinda fit kinda fat" branded shirt. Dude put me on blast lmao.
I even told my doctor about the therapeutic
It went over his head so he just give me the Cialis and testosterone instead, dudes a nut
I recently had to get a phlebotomy done, my RBC was just shy of 58% from the fkin deca, cut it out cause it wouldn't stop climbing.
