in the third pic, if you look closely right under the edge of the label you can see a blueish string of lint... its hard to get on camera, but im sure you can zoom in on it-

Right, so instead of moving on, because he never apologized to you, you've decided to continue with your crusade. Until when he takes a fucking ad out in the national news and says "Yes, during the Christmas run, enigmo got a spec in his gear. I am so sorry for his inconvenience!"
I also think we need to put him right next to the gun ban. That way we can kill two birds with one stone! They will never pass !! Ask for your money back and if he says sorry than move on!!
