I have only heard good things about this brand, I’m going to put in an order with OS soon to try it for myself.

I read your conversation with PPG. Why not cut now since your a little fluffy and blow up lean when you next cycle? Rather than try to add mass to an already fluffy frame then it’ll be twice as hard to loose it. Say 500mg of test to loose the fat then smash the EQ and test to blow up lean in a later cycle.

That’s my plan. I’m going to work out For a while naturally before I jump on cycle. Then when the time is right I’ll jump on the test Test and EQ.

This particular cycle I was going to run anadrol to kickstart then run test and deca for 16 weeks. The Equipoise is for next summer. Next summer I am going to run sust EQ and Maybe finally try tren.

What do you think of this?
Test week 1 through 16
EQ week one through 16
Npp week 1 through 8
Tren ave week 9 through 12
Masteron week 10 through 16

I never used nore than two compounds so I need some advice

I hope the cycle works for you but I personally don’t agree with it. It will take 16 to 20 weeks to put on lean mass. Or it would take you 16 weeks to get shredded. So you’re not going to get shredded and add a bunch of size at the same time because that would give you eight weeks and eight weeks.

Personally I’d like to see an updated photo of you. The last one you have on here tells me you need to drop some body fat before adding on any size. You’re my exact height but I have about 30 pounds of you and I’m definitely leaner so I also believe you’re taking way more gear than you think you need to.

You need to understand that you don’t need to run this massive cycle to get bigger. Fact is, steroids don’t make you grow. Calories do.

Would I be able to gain lean mass on just the EQ and test? I have enough test and eq for 20 weeks

Yes if your diet is in point. Because neither one of those make you grow. The calories make it grow. Those just help you recover quicker and increase nitrogen retention. Can you post an updated picture of yourself?

An updated pic of me is crap right now. They closed my gym. Still not open. They had stuff at the park to use and closed that too. Worked 80 hours a week in a food processing plant. That’s why I’m not starting my cycle for a while. I want to get my natural strength and size back before I start again. Once I do I’ll repost. Food and calories won’t be a problem for me to eat. I have a giant chest freezer filled with steaks. Hamburger chicken. I can eat. My cycle before the lean mass will be a mass cycle. I’ll go off cycle for a few months lifting and cutting up. I never had a problem cutting body fat. I am really active.

Don’t even try to blame your body going to shit over Covid or the gym not being open. You losing your physique has to do with your self discipline and diet. Neither one of those have to do with Covid or the gym.

I didn’t get any bigger working out at home the last four months so I use it as a good time to drop body fat by tuning in my diet. I work a lot more than 80 hours a week and I always have. But that has nothing to do with me getting in cardio, abs every other morning, dips, push-ups, pull ups and every other thing I can think of that I’ve been doing with my chairs and table at home.

Yeah I fell off. I was using those workouts for a while. It doesn’t match up to the gym. Lost focus. It was easy working all the hours with the gym open. Shit isn’t the same. I’m going to look at this home gym today bench squat rack and all. I am going to have to because the governor here is talking no gyms at all until there is a covid cure. it’s got a bench tons of weights squat rack and all. Just no dumbbells. Take my hat off to you for staying focused with no gym. The gyms was my me time.

Your mental focus and motivation is all in your head and has nothing to do with the equipment. You need to smack yourself in the face and tell you body to push itself. Trust me I’ve had friends and family members due time in prison and isolation. They come out more Jacked than the guys with gyms. And that’s strictly with calisthenics and using your own bodyweight. Focus bro

It’s definitely mental motivating yourself. Even when everything was closed down I had access to little something through work and i just lost motivation because it just wasn’t the same and I was limited in what I could do even though I had a basic setup that could work everything. It’s all mental. People would’ve done anything to have what I had access to but I just tired of it and quit pushing as hard and cutting my time down then skipping days. Ughh. At least I keep my “diet” eating lifestyle in check all the time.

Funny you say that. I started my training in prison. I went in at 135 pounds and came home a lean 185. It saved my life.
