Getting their. Between the separation from the wife, unfortunate events and not having much time for the gym, I’m impressed that I can keep myself from falling off and pushing through these times.
I know it’s nothing great, but progress by the week is what matters and not giving up.

Hey bro, I am doing a very similar thing for similar reasons. I missed 7 of the last 9 months due to illness and injury. I am currently on week 5 of my (second) return to the gym. Making good progress, but it's early on. I am looking to cut through the end of August with just TRT test then run a 20 week bulkier September through December.
