A little over a month of pharmacom anavar from steroidify.combNow i jumped into this test E/ eq 200 mix
From pmroids.cc for another 10 weeks to finish off this early summer cut. I ran some clen few a weeks but holy shit that fucker kept giving me the shakes even climbing up the mcg slowly. I love how it helps take the fat off but fuck man the sides are unbearable.

So i get my cardio in the a.m no excuses lol
I do 2 hours of cardio
600mg Injectable L carnitine
1 gram of inositol and choline
And a fat burner whether it be over the counter or
Clen or something else
What matters is the cardio.
I always start with 2 cheat meals and 2 carb ups a week
Then I tweak everything as fat progression slows

Yeah clean rough and isn’t worth it in my opinion. I used to enjoy Helios which is injectable Clen and Yoh, sides were a little more bearable. You look phenomenal and I hope to look like this by next summer.

Keep up the good work Ray. Ditch the Clen and try Albuterol (Ventolin) instead, if choosing to use bronchodilators...much better compound in comparison to Clen and not as harsh, but just as effective. Clens 34 hour half life gives the body no rest from the stimulation, while Albuterol is only 3-4 hours, in an out. Clen is also notorious for cardiac lesions, Albuterol isn't. Check it out.

You got plenty of time to get ripped before summer. Your abs are already visible so not a ton of fat to shed. Keep it up! Beast mode! +1

I never start my cuts cutting my carbs i just up the cardio, and then once i exhausted that option i start carb cycling. And yea your right about the clen that shit is fucking toxic man. Its not like i compete or anything i just enjoy looking good so having to put up with those type of sides isn’t necessarily something i need to go through. Shout out to the competitors and fitness professionals who actually push themselves to use it for whatever reasons but its a no clen fly zone over here for me lol.

Still hacking off the fat slowly. I might throw in a small amount of liquid hgh with my injectable L carnitine before my fasted cardio. I like peeling the fat of slow so i dont burn up to much lean mass

I really just take my time with stuff and i also take really long breaks between cycles my receptors are always fresh. And if your on eroids soaking up all this information, access to great gear, and staying on top of your training and diet than im sure your right there with me or even past me!
