First time trying one of the heavy concentrated ones. Maybe the oil isn't thick enough and is absorbing faster than the gear because about a day after I pin I get swelling, mild itchy and mild pain when touched and a fat knot like it crystallized. Literally can't pin same spot again for 2 weeks. Doesn't get hot and the pain is only mild so I suspect it's just the gear crystalizing?

500mg is the problem. Pinning same spot will get you in the ER too. Sust is every day or every other day pin with as many different pin spots as possible.
So I love Sust it’s my shit! But I love high mg gear and have been where your at. I just got done with some Sust 400mg not to much pip at all mild knots. What I would recommend is cutting it with some like EQ or mast if you using that in your cycle or getting some MCT oil and cutting it that was also since it’s so thick heat it up that will help. Just pin your glutes so you’re not in so much pain like if you pinned lats or legs. Hope that helps.
It's git 500mg in 1ml. Of course it's going to hurt, it would be a surprise if it didn't.
Pin with half a ml of lower mg gear or try using some mct oil. Or such it up and don't go above 300mg gear in the future.
Years ago I had some Dragon Pharma Sus350, you could feel it. Not horrible but annoying.
Then I tried some SP Supertest 450. It was BRUTAL! I tried cutting it with other compounds and it still hurt like hell.
I have zero issues with 250/300 concentration.
When you’re suspending multiple esters in carrier oils there’s a lot more solvent required and this tends to lead to more pip and some people react more to the solvents than others. When you suspend high mg per ml again requires more solvent for suspension now you go with a multi ester high mg per ml like the above then it’s going to have some naughty pip. Dilution with a lower mg mix can reduce the pip a bit, I don’t really see the need for such high doses gear my self but I have run some good sust 350mg with minor pip recently tbh

Hahaha thanks, it really is kind of an addiction just to have, it's almost like a novelty item, sometimes I break out my stash and stack it up and just admire it lol. Also I like to stock up several cycles and then don't buy for a few years.

Really is beautiful and the craft deserves to be appreciated. It’s a science and an art! Hell if it wasn’t so stigmatized & illegal I would have my shit on display and maybe even make some custom blends and brews haha.
Oh buddy that's that high dose gear. I had baboon mass stack 500 and I'd be like i hot shot in the leg or ass 2 days after a shot. I would even get feverish. I'd be fucked up. Looks like u been tithing it out high cuz more than half is gone. Who knows though maybe if they're was a thicker oil it wouldn't hurt ass much due to what your saying. But it's solvents and just high concentration shit. Some hurt some don't. But usually the ones that hurt are strong AF too. Which I'm sure that is some good test. Maybe castor oil to try your theory but usually u gotta cut it down.
Haha yeah I tried to power through it but after I hit all 6 of my spots and literally couldn't pin anymore I called it off.
Try mixing it with something like test e. And do 1/4 that stuff to 3/4 test e. It will hurt still but be bearable. Or if u had straight oil u could do half and half. This is from experience. I tried every way possible cuz i didn't wanna waste the gear. And i used it except 1 vial i still have. And this is how i did it and my rule of thumb for it. Diff compounds but gotta be close
Most concentrations this high are more meant to reduce volume in cycle than to be used alone from what I’ve gathered- it can be done, but it will be painful. Try mixing it with some sterile MCT or another oil based injectable you’re also running with a lesser concentration and see how the PIP changes.
I never caught on to that but yeah it makes sense to reduce volume. It helped when I mixed it with ParaPharma Test but still the knot and pain would prevent me from pinning again. I still have an untapped bottle too dammit.
