Progress pics over the past 4 years.
Now as you can see I was pretty skinny early on. Back at under 70kgs.. thought to get ripped you have to starve yourself.. made a lot of mistakes are learnt and currently I sit at 95kg..
That first pic.. wow. Really. That's me! Haha. It's my constant reminder of how far I've come.
