I'm up to 6UI a day.. I'm not really feeling much positive or negative yet besides for swollen feet/legs and some tingling in the wrist area. The swelling I can keep under control with a lot of cardio and drinking a lot of water.
I'm hoping this is a worthwhile thing so I'll keep at it for a while. Looking to run it for 6 months.. I'm going to wind up getting bloods done I'm sure as it seems pretty hard to pinpoint exactly what it's doing for me for the positive, so I'll want to make sure it's in there.
I'm actually on exactely the same product.
How much of UI do you use every day ? And about the effect / feeling ?

Thanks for the kind words. Just started yesterday at 3 iu and will take it every day. I'll work my way up to 6 in a split dose of 3 AM and 3 PM if sides aren't bad. Not expecting to feel anything just yet

I started 4 IU's per day, but I had a big water retention in the feet and ankle, i reduced the dosage to 2 IU's and I got exactly the same thing.
I hope you will not have the same problem as me.
