3rd cycle in 3 years, b4 that did some 8+ years ago.
230lbs

currently on the last 2 weeks of Test and HGH cycle. HGH 4iu a day(started months before this cycle), test about 800/week now. (Sust 250 E3D) because for last 4 weeks I added (200Test C/wk) to prepare for going back to TRT after cycle. (aromisin 12.5 Eod)

Just since I added the Cyp. has my Cholesterol raised so much I had blood work done 2 months ago and LDL was 170 and HDL was 50+ - I also took this current blood work at lunch about an hour or 2 after having my breakfast (eggs and meat) and a snack 1.5 hrs later (oats, fruit, protein powder and peanut butter, yogurt etc.)

I assume the HGH is causing the liver enzymes to be high, but how on earth is the cholesterol so dang high? Should I get on a statin ASAP? Drop the gear down to TRT dose now? Or just wait a bit? Kinda freaky..

I thought HGH was supposed to keep the lipids in check?

If you were not fasting the lipid values are skewed. Repeat this test fastin minimum 12 hours. Also would like to point out your liver function appears elevated. You may want to follow up on this as well because if you were to need cholesterol medication it is directly metabolized through the liver.

the whole cholesterol thing is blown out of proportion. c-reactive protein test is a better indicator of heart disease risk imho. check out this article to help put your mind at ease about cholesterol. http://www.sott.net/article/242516-Heart-surgeon-speaks-out-on-what-real...

Yea for sure, when not on cycle i'm on a high fat high cholesterol diet. My HDL is generally high, but this test is all sorts of wack.. I'm gonna do another this week after fasting and see if it was just the food...

Cholesterol should be taken while fasted for 12 hrs.

X2. Have to do cholesterol test fasted. Your gonna have much higher levels of fat in your blood especially after eating eggs an hour earlier.
