Me on da beach. My head ain't in the right place doe. Very dehydrated in this pic and ate like shit that day. Im about 175 right now. Gonna take a while to get to my goal which is 200 at 7% bf. years of training ahead of me. Good thing I love lifting. Constructive criticism is very welcome. Tell me what's lagging. What do I need to work on?

Looking great man +1. I'd say smash delts and traps. And it could be the angle but looks like your bi is proportionally bigger than your tri. Awesome work tho! Just my suggestions
