I know im no where near as jacked up like some of you mofos bit considering where i was around a year and a half ago ive made a complete 360 a big thank you to eroid nation for all the dieting tips etc... i know i have a long ass way to go but considering i used to weigh near 200lbs @ 5'6" pure fat yeah i looked like a fucking lard ass. Now i am 185 lbs @ 5'6" no clue on bf% but i dont think there is much
