Ya same here. Im doing something a little different right now to change things up. fst-7 so 7 sets of 8-12 reps with 45 seconds rest in between sets and i can only do it once every 5 days cause theyre so damn sore. Its crazy this is the 4th week and they still get crazy sore.

mine only respond to high reps with a 30 second break, heavy weight doesn't work for me.
